Shipping Policy
Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery We offer free shipping on all orders over $199. Orders under $199 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
Domestic shipping only At this time we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or damaged packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll do our best to help.
Local pickup Prefer to skip the shipping? Orders can also be picked up in studio at our Reno location — 9610 S McCarran Blvd Suite 11, Reno NV 89523. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 48 hours.
